Once all drawings have been provided and selections have been made Outland can then create a project proposal. Proposals are time invested documents that are detailed and once signed off on, we can begin ordering materials and scheduling trades.
PROJECT SCHEDULE
Schedules take a lot of communication and require daily check-ins with suppliers, subcontractors, and inspectors. Outland strives to hit every deadline we set and to work with our clients on their move-in timeframe.
PERMITTING
Outland will coordinate and manage permit expeditors to help facilitate the fastest approvals for your project.
CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
