JESSICA LUTH

President

Jessica graduated from Texas State University in 2005 with a B.S. in Psychology and a minor in Forensic Psychology.

Jessica grew up in a family of entrepreneurial contractors and developed a passion for the construction industry.    She combined her college education with her construction skill sets landing a job with Covalence Coated Products selling waterproofing construction material across the state of Texas. She led sales meetings to over 100 companies including architects, manufacturers, lumber dealers, and brokers, creatively closing some of the largest builders in America.

After her corporate experience she joined forces with her father, Tom Luth, in 2008 at Outland Construction Co., Inc. and AAQ Consulting LLC.  As a builder she’s been involved in new residential construction, remodels and commercial projects totaling over $30,000,000.00.

Her expertise is in the details and has a natural "get it done" attitude.  As a construction defect consultant she has expanded her intimate knowledge of the intricate areas of the construction industry. This work included having inspected projects, documented inspections, reading depositions, developing findings reports and research for the many ways construction projects fail and end in lawsuits.

In order to further serve her construction clients, Jessica obtained her real estate license to help those who seek to buy the right lot in Austin to build on. She uses this knowledge to help her clients budget their projects and make sure they are not overspending on the construction of their home for the area.

Jessica is the President of Outland Construction Co., Inc. and AAQ Consulting LLC.  She leads the company with guidance from God and lessons learned from experience.
